Change Management Consultant

Purpose: TEKsystems has a client in the King of Prussia, PA area that is looking for an experienced Change Management consultant for an SAP QM module Deployment.

In support of a global deployment of SAP QM module, this consultant will effectively develop and execute on site/organizational communication plan. Must be comfortable with leading and executing change management methodologies/deliverables for system implementations with associates business process redesigns. Manage and conduct robust systems training for various levels of the site. Work with deployment project manager to identify and communicate issues and risks.

Experience:
-8-10 years providing Change Management expertise on large complex projects
-Must have performed in all roles of the Change Management lifecycle
-Having performed in a leadership role for ERP/CRM or large system implementations
-Interacting and communicating at high levels within an organization
-Prior Pharmaceutical or validated industry manufacturing and/or quality environment experience

Candidate must be willing to travel in excess of 50%. Multilingual ? Spanish/English or Italian/English a plus.
