Responsibility: The CRM Business Applications Support role will have primary responsibility for
day-to-day support of the SFA application from a business perspective.The CRM
Business Applications Support role should include understanding the SFA
application as it relates to the new Sales processes and should be able to
answer questions from the main user community as it relates to the process.
This person will be responsible for Siebel systems administration to support
the SFA application in a production environment. This includes managing
administrative data such as new lookup values, users, changing privilege,
access for users, etc. Managing, updating process documentation based on
feedback and lessons learned post deployment will also be a key accountability
for this role.Requirements:Requires one to two years customer service experience and previous experience
working with systems (mainframe & web/windows based applications). One to two
years experience with technical writing (processes documentation, development
of training manuals, etc.) Understands sales business and the department's role
in the success of this business (preferred). Strong working knowledge of
business processes and excellent analytical skills. Experience working with
testing/validation tasks on technical systems projects. Ability to work both
independently and in a team environment. Good oral and written communication
skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to
changing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Full-time
Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Location: 906 Grand Boulevard (Downtown
