C++ (C# for other opportunities) Sr. Software Development Engineer- needed in South Florida for a fast growing, employee-oriented Software Development Company. The company seeks a Senior Developer with C/C++, experience in Microsoft Development Environment with strong Debugging skills and Windows Networking experience. The preffered candidate will have Strong experience using ANSI C/C++, with expertise in Win32 API and its internals. Also, strong WINDOWS experience is important, with UNIX or LINUX platforms a plus. US work status must be non restricted for immediate consideration.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Mid-Level: BS CS/CE
Senior level: BS required.
Master's degree a plus
MUST HAVE the following skills:
C/C++, Microsoft Windows, Strong Debugging skills, Win32 API, DLL,
Three+ years of Software Development.
Strong knowledge of C, C++. 3 plus years preferred.
Debugging techniques and tools required-debug dump files and stack traces.
Microsoft development environment...or UNIX, LINUX.
Win32 API, DLL, Windows Networking, GDI, MAPI, Visual Studio, Source Safe.
Product life cycle-requirements gathering to integration testing and rollout required.
Multi-tiered application design and development.
Low-level kernel and device driver experience
Object-oriented design and implementation.
Experience with enterprise applications.
Ability to work in and lead a small team of developers.
Interpersonal skills, complex problem solving, results orientation, and adaptability.
Understanding and experience with Web programming, .NET architectures,
C# is a plus.
Enterprise Security experience is a plus.
