Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager

Responsibilities: As a Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst, you will bring your knowledge and past experience as a software developer to lead projects involving the development and implementation of web based applications for our Interactive division. Ultimately responsible for driving your projects to successful completion, you will manage all of the steps in the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis, to documentation, to test plans, to project wrap-up and reporting. This position offers you the chance to join a group with a start-up atmosphere and energy level, within the stable framework of $1B Company. Work with leading-edge web based applications. Responsibilities will include: Meet with key stakeholders to extract and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Work with IT to provide options that balance feature set and implementation complexity. Run project meetings. Define and track project schedule and technical project team work. Complete project documentation including formal proposals and schedules, system requirements and testing plans. Communicate system changes and processes to appropriate parties, and document processes as needed. Accurately design and test systems and/or system changes to ensure system efficiency, integrity, productivity, and maintainability.
