Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Business System Analysis Specialist to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and support for local projects and tasks not managed at the enterprise level.
Working closely with the area site managers, this business analyst position will work with customers to define requirements, gather data, evaluate need, formulate and define scope and objectives and facilitate project completion based on both end-user needs and an understanding of the business environment.
Facilitate moving projects through defined processes and following account procedures.
Responsible for timely and appropriate communication with the customer and PSC team.
Operates as a liaison between the technical team and the end-user department.
Evaluate and translate end user needs and problems to technical associates.
Expected to set appropriate expectations with customers.Required Skills:

Must posses exceptional communication skills, the ability to maintain positive relationships, excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Candidate must be well-organized and be able to manage multiple priorities.

2+ years of project management methodologies to manage small to medium sized IT projects.

Work well in a dynamic IT environment and be able to quickly adapt to changes and multiple management styles.Desired Skills:

3+ years of Healthcare IT experience.Minimum Educational Requirements:
