Bilingual Helpdesk Tech (Portuguese)

Purpose: TEKsystems is looking for a Bilingual HD Technician for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity with one of our top clients in South Bend, Indiana. The candidate must have experience in troubleshooting W2K OS problems, expertise in MS office 2003 suite products. The position will have extensive phone work with customers in Brazil answering calls for PC's (DT and LT's) printers, standard corporate SW (office 2003), Active Directory/SAP admin. The main objective is to provide assistance to end users with questions or resolve problems reported. Required to log calls and provide regular follow up to customers.
