Audio Visual Technician

We are looking for experienced Audio-Visual technicians who are able to provide technical support to business seminars. We provide audio-visual services to companies who do marketing road tours in primary, secondary and tertiary markets all over the United States. We are looking for both full-time and free-lance experienced audio-visual technicians. We would prefer the candidates to be based out of Chicago, Washington, DC or Sacramento, CA (Bay Area OK). There are different tours that the candidate may work on but most tours involve setting up 4,000 – 5,000 ansi-lumen projectors to VGA switchers, setting up portable PA systems with wireless UHF microphones, etc. Lighting experience a plus. Technicians are on the road, on average, three weeks per month but home on week-ends. There are some instances where the technician would travel for more than one week without returning home.

•technical abilities suitable to the AV equipment (current models of LCD projectors, wireless microphones, PA systems and audio systems, lighting, etc.

•provide industry references
•competent with Windows XP and Office XP or 2003
