Enforcement and documentation of change management polices and procedures in order to ensure audit-worthiness and integrity of application(s).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Administers daily support of change management tools and facilities to ensure integrity of “Baseline” code repository.
- Compiles release installation timelines and conducts related planning sessions with various contributors.
- Processes incoming migration requests and coordinates various installation steps with appropriate internal and external counterparts.
- Perform periodic release installations to client environment.
- Work with various levels of technical and non-technical staff to provide migration information and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate problem escalation and cross-group communication to facilitate the prompt resolution of migration problems.
- Maintain accurate procedural documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong sense of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work with varying levels of technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of, and experience with Ant Tools, UNIX Shell Scripting, distributed system architecture, familiar with UNIX administration concepts, and distributed deployment migration methodology.
- Basic knowledge of change control software and practices.
- Communicates professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external customers, including daily status reports.
- BS or BA in computer science or equivalent work experience
