Aspect eWFM - Technical Support Engineer

We have a contract position available with our direct client.

*** This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote work - you can work from home ***

We are looking for a technical support engineer with experience working with Aspect's eWFM (workforce management) solution to
provide project and support work associated with Aspect eWFM.
Our current release is 6.2.2.
The components used are:
Scheduler-Forecaster-Tracker and RTA.
The candidate must also have Unix and Windows skills with a solid
understanding of data feeds and system admin functions.
Experience with IEX is helpful but not required.
