Manage the day-to-day support for all e-commerce initiatives including NOSA, WREN, Web Self Care, NAVIC and all other billing system interfaces.
Manage the proactive monitoring, diagnoses, and resolution of system and software issues Manage the timely setup and maintenance of all ICOMS related functions.
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting for all ICOMS related software and hardware systems
Support all PPV/VOD related content and database management activities including event management Support all MS-SQL related database management activities.
Work as a team player to meet and exceed IT standards of performance - quality, service and productivity
Participate in department’s communication and planning meetings as needed to ensure ongoing and effective communications within the IT department and other departments.
Interface with other departments and vendors as needed
Perform other tasks as assignedQualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ideal candidate will possess a 4-year college degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and have 4 years supporting ICOMS or comparable billing system. A minimum of 6 years supporting ICOMS in a supervisory role will also qualify for consideration. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem solving and leadership skills. Must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization, including 3rd Party Vendors. Experience with Windows applications required.
