Applications Developer - Portal

Must have strong experience in Software Lifecycle Development experience.

Portal Infranet expert with at least 5 years of Portal experience in customizing and implementing Portal Infranet (6.2 or later) with an depth understanding of the Portal/ Infranet object model.

Performing full lifecycle development, including on-call production support/billing operations; working on cross-functional project teams to implement changes in the billing system.

Develop and maintain project objectives, scope, requirement gathering project meetings, timelines, milestones, development, testing; ensure that action items are assigned and tracked; assist system users with functionality questions/support.

Must be proficient in C/C++, Java, & UNIX, and must have solid knowledge of PL/SQL with Oracle
