Application Team Leader - M/F

Purpose:
Lead and coordinate activities for application development or support project efforts using the CMMI related SDLC methodologies. Provide application and user support, troubleshooting, application testing, and post-implementation review of new/changed applications. Maintain effective communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. Maintain system availability and coordinate issue resolution. Investigate preventative measures. Mentor junior members of the team as needed in all aspects of a project - technical, SDLC related and in any soft skills. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company related business.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
1) Three years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR Four years of work experience with a Technical Certificate or college courses OR Five years of work experience. 2) Experience in leading projects up to 6 months in duration. 3) Experience in leading projects with multiple platforms, interfaces or Vendor products 4) Knowledge of typical data loading, transformation, cleansing, messaging tools that are common in the industry. 5) Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical ability. 6) Team size experience - 6 team members from different areas. 7) Experience with Excel, Access and Word. 8) Technical Skills: COBOL (all varieties), Easytrieve +. Endevor, Mainframe Scheduling packages, DB2, VSAM, JCL , Mainfrmae / Zos Utilities, MQ Series. 9) Interfaces: EDI ANSI Standards, HIPPA
