This position requires advanced technical knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server platform, Microsoft server technologies, a natural ability to learn new technologies quickly, and strong communication and organization skills.Work schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday.Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for projects implementating the company's state-of-the-art hosted and ASP delivery products.

Manage the implementation and operationalization of multiple product offerings, with primary focus on ASP.NET 2.0, MS SQL 2005, MS Biztalk 2006 technologies.

Analyze, identify, communicate, prioritize, and resolve system level issues for multiple production environments with a focus on performance and operational stability.

Provide final-tier systems support to external and internal clients by executing incident investigation / resolution / management processes; direct the efforts of other technical teams within and outside immediate scope of influence to resolve issues as needed.

Project management in working specific projects as assigned by the team management.

Work with the team management to develop and standardize application/systems management processes.
