Our client is looking for someone to support the computers they ship with their controls. They are looking for an IT type with OS/ Hardware and software skills. A summary of skills is given below.1. In depth knowledge of Win 2000 / XP OS: a. Configuring OS. b. Image management (save, restore) and reset local settings.2. Experience with PC hardware, preferably industrial PCc: a. Troubleshooting Hardware. b. Setting up remote multiple PC networks.3. Good Troubleshooting / Analysis skills.4. Willingness to troubleshoot / resolve at nonstandard hours.5. Can do attitude.

Requirements:

These skills are not required, but would help to have: 1. Speak Spanish. 2. Experience with Rockwell Automation Software and Hardware. 3. Experience with PC Check Tools. 4. Software development experience.
