Application Specialist – IDX experience

Currently, we have a challenging and diversified position available in University Information Technology (Jeff-IT) to maintain/support IDX software across the Health System.

The qualified individual will be expected to:
Maintain all system master files, including dictionaries and tables
Assist Director/Manager of Application Support in converting new physician groups to the IDX system
Design and create standard reports for users of the IDX BAR, SCHED and MCA applications
Design statement dunning tables and maintain a tracking system of all changes made
Create and maintain forms utilizing the Encounter Form Generator application and design form letters for users of the IDX applications.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and appropriate experience is required.
Two (2) to Four (4) years of IDX experience as an Application Specialist.
Expertise in Sched, IMX, Web Framework, MCA, BAR, EFG, and PCS is essential.
Excellent written/oral communications skills. Proficiency in personal computer software.
Ability to deliver superior customer service.
