We offer three integrated communications applications solutions that enable global message and media content delivery. TEi serves over 500 customers in three continents, with a majority of its deployments in the United States. We currently seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Atlanta, Georgia team.
Application Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for software application implementations within a client's LAN/WAN. This person will act as the deployment point of contact for specific customer implementations and performs all research associated with the deployment. This position strives to improve customer satisfaction by following defined processes while providing excellent customer service during the deployment.Key responsibilities include:
Implement and support visual communications and digital signage products and services.
Support sales/implementation teams with technical solutions for customer proposals.
Maintain documentation of all engineering designs and proposals.
Provide third level escalation support for network problems and outages.
Document and report billable hours.
Maintain detailed expense reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with:
oWindows Server 2000, 2003.
oWindows XP Professional.
oActiveDirectory.
oWindows Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
oIIS and Component Services and Windows Services -SQL Server 2000, 2005 "Access Denied" troubleshooting.
oCustom software deployments.
oMicrosoft Office.
oWebEx
