Application Services Analyst

Purpose: TEKsystems, Inc. has an excellent full time permanent opportunity available for an Application Services Analyst skilled in Logistics, Distribution, Warehouse and Shipping.

Responsibilities:

Support IS and Business clients

Provide Tier 3 support for Helpdesk Analyst

Mentoring and educating staff on common issues

Communicating status of work and issues or concerns to application development, QA and infrastructure teams

Write and Support ad-hoc SQL query request

Qualifications:

SQL and Access knowledge

Software methodology knowledge

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
