Applications engineer. Technical expert. Contact Management System delivery. Monitor sites, fix defects, production support and code and install BAU activities. Support vulnerability assessments and remediation tasks. Serve as tech lead providing functional direction to project resources. Working 40 hour week. Monday to Friday. Alternate on-call 24/7 support.
REQUIREMENTS


Proven experience as an IT professional. Must be organized, very good problem solver and detail oriented. Must interpret Customers' needs and have good oral and written communication skills. Must prioritize work, set deadlines, and work independently - as well as with the team. Needs to become an expert in several systems and efficiently apply this understanding to both system applications and training others. Mainframe programming knowledge and experience required. Must have knowledge of programming languages (7-9 years experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, MQ and CICS preferred) and the aptitude to quickly learn different programming languages and applications. Excellent communication skills, teamwork and flexibility.
