Business Needs CustomizationThe successful candidates will provide technical expertise in systems and perform quality assurance reviews. They will also work on other building operations related projects providing: non-automated data load and maintenance, quality assurance/data integrity, end user support, help desk and training, application security, and report distribution.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Programming skills and experience required (SQL / Java Script).Required knowledge of database technology (Oracle / MS Access).Experience in report writer software (Crystal, Business Objects, Brio, etc.).
Solid prioritization, trouble shooting capabilities and project management skills required.Experience with Facilities Management software preferred (Archibus, FacilityCenter, eCenter One, etc.).
Knowledge of the following business areas a plus: Facilities Management, Building Operations, and Property Management. 3+ years supporting software applications in an Oracle environment.
