Provides assistance to physicians, anesthesiologist and staff in performing physiologic monitoring, auto transfusion services point of care laboratory testing assists during intubations. Assists in shed blood recovery through auto transfusion services and plasma sequestration. Coordination of care for patients requiring monitoring and provides anesthesia support services. Position requires taking call one weekend per month and rotating evenings after probationary period or meeting competencies required. Works collaboratively with department R.N.’s. and ancillary staff.Application Process:

REQUIREMENTS
Current Certified (ASATT) Anesthesia Tech, California Registered Nurse, or Respiratory Care Practitioner License. 1-2 years experience in Critical Care, Gen. & Cardiac Operating Room, or Cath Lab environment with invasive monitoring preferred. Current BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Cell Saver and/or IABP skills preferred, training available.
