Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts and Application Planners for Service Center Application Development team. This position is also responsible for participating on multiple team projects to which the manager will assign various analysts.



Responsibilities:


Ensure appropriate project prioritization of multiple project.


Request for Analytic and Application Development resources.


Ensure that team projects are appropriately co-project managed and delivered on time to meet the various needs of the Company.


Ensure reliable, timely and consistent communication of project priorities, status, timelines and deliverables to the Business community.


Develop successful team culture and ensure all departmental processes are efficiently applied.


Interact with all levels of the Business community, including Senior Management levels.


Job Requirements:

Requirements:
BA in Behavioral Health Sciences.
Business Administration or MIS required, or equivalent experience.
Strong managed care and/or call center experience required.
Strong Analytical and Project Management experience required, with significant knowledge of, or familiarity with Computer Science or Computer technology.
Three to five years direct management experience required with exposure to the following areas preferred:
Call Center
System Development/Analysis
Software Testing
Experience in software development or participating in software development user groups.
Prefer knowledge of the Managed Care industry and the application of technology within the industry.
