Category: Operations/OtherOverview: Provide analysis on loan information to ensure quality. Coordinate and perform all activities related to bulk loan-boarding process; and/or Radian Insurance support; and/or MI Billing; and/or Contract Underwriting Billing; and/or Pricing support. Serve as primary contact for data issues, database maintenance and database enhancements. Create and produce all scheduled or ad-hoc report requests.Responsibilities: Prepare and board bulk loans (with the ability to understand/modify code and make adjustments, updates, changes and rewrites); and/or process servicing files (format and upload loan renewal files, reconcile premium transactions, manage exceptions and premium surveillance); and/or Price loans through SAS Code/SQL (using established pricing matrix); and/or administer timely MI billing; and/or coordinate monthly billing activities for Contract Underwriting services (scheduling, upload time sheet files, review invoices for accuracy, process adjustments and account reconciliations).Coordinate the creation/production of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports/analysis as needed. Ability to develop and write complex queries with multiple table-joins for data extraction. Prepare portfolio audits for key business partners.Maintain customer contact for servicing issues including rescissions, reinstatements, refunds, claims inquiries, or obtaining data requirements. Research and resolve issues, including billing discrepancies. Perform root cause analysis and analyze trends to apply lessons learned to improve work product.Administer and maintain databases including customer and contact information. Trouble shoot with IT to resolve technical issues.Manage special projects initiated by Director
Cross train in other areas within Billing and Analyst Unit to provide coverage (CUW Billing, Pricing, and Bulk boarding and servicing files) for both Radian Guaranty and Radian Insurance.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Busienss, Computer Science or related area.1-3 years related experience.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access/Excel, including formulas)Complex Query skills (multiple table joins for data extraction, developing code for pricing loans on established pricing matrix).Intermediate level datatrieve, Brio, SAS, SQL, or similar programming languageAdvanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as solid interpersonal and relationship building skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
