Analyst

Candidate will be a member of the team responsible to provide Systems Administrative support for Development, Test and Field environments.Administrative duties to include network configurations, hardware, operating system and application software for these machines. They must be able to learn quickly and work independently to troubleshoot both network and stand alone system issues.Projects may include (but not limited to) Sun Solaris versions5-10, IBM AIX v 4.3.3, HP-UX versions 10-11, Linux Redhat/SUSE, MS Windows 2000-XP, Vertas NetBackUp, Veritas Cluster, Perl, Shell Programming
REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years.
Candidate must have a strong UNIX background. Must be able to configure a UNIX system, LAN and PC. This person must understand how to troubleshoot network connection, understand naming and addressing conventions and provide UNIX operating system and utility support to development and test teams. Currently performing UNIX administration.
