Advanced Exchange Support Technician

We are searching for an Advanced Exchange Support Technician. As a part of the Global Service group, the purpose of the Advanced Client Service (Exchange) department is to provide a world class service experience to our internal and external clients for support issues around our Exchange product group. We are the undisputed industry leader in the development of innovative matching engine products which maximize the internalization of execution for our broker/dealer clients. We back up our unique private exchange product with a high availability well structured support team providing best execution analysis, operational support of the matching engine infrastructure, and supporting client needs in regards to the connectivity and availability of the private exchange.

Responsibilities:

•Provide technical support to a global client base via phone and email interaction
•Identify, diagnose, resolve and document technical issues affecting the operation of the exchange
•Proactively notify clients of developing problems
•Recommend modifications to existing procedures and processes
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
•Sense of urgency
•1-2 years trading or trade support experience
•Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
•Strong analytical and technical skills
•General knowledge of MS Windows and PC software applications
•Strong customer focus
•Works well under pressure
•Team Player
