Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office

Key responsibilities may include:
•Operation environment administration (Solaris and Fedora)
•Assist with client hosting activities including (monitoring, reporting, third party product administration, upgrades, performance tuning, backup/restore, etc.)
•Testing and implementation of upgrades to system.
•Support application level software including: Weblogic Server, Sun Java System Web Server, and Oracle
•Demonstrate website for client and Accenture guests.
•Manage/monitor system interfaces between the website and client Enterprise Systems, Banks, and third party vendors .
•Investigate and resolve corrupted / incorrect database data (Oracle.)
•Help perform ongoing security audits of the client application and investigate and resolve any client application issues.
•Perform application testing.
•Maintain/update user interfaces as needed.
•Monitor daily activity to ensure successful batch transaction processing and overall system stability.
•Respond to client and taxpayer inquiries in a timely manner.
•Maintain a good client relationship.
•Keep project management informed of status, issues, new work, and prospective work. Maintain tasks in the Task Tracker DB and the Functional Support Request DB.
•Help prioritize work. Determine priority of work, as new issues/work arises

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- 4-7 years skilled working with the Solaris Operating Environment and experience performing advanced system administration.
- 4-7 years experience n the area of JAVA Web Development including: JAVA programming, EJBs and Servlets, JSP, XML, Java SDK.
- 4-7 years Oracle Database Administration and PL/SQL programming.
- 3-6 years Project Management Skills
