Account Services Manager (ASM)

We are currently seeking an Account Services Manager (ASM) responsible for building relationships in Indiana with key individuals throughout the school corporations, public libraries, and members of the education and public sector community. As an ASM, you will need to gain understanding of each customer’s network infrastructure and voice needs and goals and what is required from a network infrastructure perspective to achieve goals that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and new revenue opportunities. REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in related area. The successful candidate will have 3 or more year’s customer sales experience in the telecommunications or network services industry. Successful, proven history for closing business is a must! Knowledge of the K-12 education and public library markets would be helpful. There will be travel within an assigned territory in the state of Indiana.
