Develop project test plans for projects involving multiple application and business teams for Integration and User Acceptance
Participate in Requirements Definition to understand projects requirements and translate into testable requirements.
Work closely with project managers, business partners and test participants to determine requirement risk levels and testing strategy
Develop overall test strategy; identify special processes and setup conditions, daily run plan, and communication plan.
Manage the test development phase, lead test work groups, and following up on issues
Engage internal team members during Test Development as needed
Determine Release Environment based on project and test timeline.
Promote Test Case reuse through the inspection of test cases and assist testers in locating previously used test cases
Train testers various testing tools consisting of test case repository, defect tracking, and data preparation tools
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience working in a Systems Development Lifecycle environment
Strong project planning skills to effectively define and document test efforts among multiple application teams/business units
Ability to work independently to bring deliverables in on time
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills
