We are currently looking for a Logistics Infrastructure Analyst role with several facets and opportunities to define direction. AS/400: Work with security and DBA aspects of this platform for applications and user interface. Work to define and plan growth plans and upgrade plans for DC machines. Help define direction for DC and Corporate environments in terms of system access, user security, database control and creation. Provide tools and analysis to direct and monitor these areas and their performance. Responsibilities:
Beyond AS/400: Become involved in and provide direction for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance within the Logistics organization. Provide direction for CMAT utilization within the department. Work with Corporate Audit on departmental tasks, work with Corporate Infrastructure in defining, purchasing and implementing hardware solutions, work with the Network Group for DC related system definitions and roll-outs, work with Corporate Purchasing in acquiring necessary hardware and software. Provide direction and documentation for Disaster Recovery planning from both a hardware and process perspective. Web development skills would be helpful for tools in this area. Unix knowledge would be a big plus - the same sorts of tasks will be addressed on this platform, as well. Areas of growth and expansion would include RF Technologies (scanning, etc), DC network planning, site survey technology. Involves cross-team and user interaction. On-site DC involvement. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Operations Management.
IS and AS/400 experience necessary. SYNON would be a plus. RPG, CL and Command creation is needed. Web (HTML) would be a big help. Unix experience would be a huge plus. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, client interaction skills, willingness and ability to support the DCs as necessary.
