ABAP/BSP Programmer

ABAP/BSP Programmer-
(EBP experience is a very strong plus)

-Interaction with business users, data analysts, and other project team members.
- Gathering requirements for Interfaces, user exists, conversions and reports.
- Providing architecture to ensure data validity.
- Developing specifications and documentation for required SAP development.
- Developing Interfaces, user exists and reports with correct technology and in accordance with standards and guidelines.

Required Skills:
-A successful individual for this role will possess a bachelors degree in business, computer science or management information systems.
-4+ yrs of programming experience with object oriented language and relational database.
-Should have 3-4 years of experience in ABAP programming with specific experience in Sap Interface technologies and report writing.
-Should be capable of deciding the correct technology for SAP interfaces and reports. Should be proficient in SAP direct input programs, BDC, ALE/Idoc, BAPIs, LSMW, Enhancements, user exits, BADIs, Function Module development, RFCs, Classical list reports, ALV reports, Interactive reports, Debugging and testing.
-Extensive experience with performance tuning and Database update programming is required. Experience on working with SAP on OSS notes.
-Should be aware of challenges in SAP interface development and should be able to provide technical solutions for the same.
-Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, database performance, Indexes, primary keys and foreign key concepts

Demonstrated ability in system thinking and process improvement.
Proven ability to work in a fast faced, self directed environment. Must be committed to results, and understand business requirements.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
