Clerical position in Deposit Operations – Duties will include processing daily notices and customer statements through automated mail machines; assisting with customer inquires over phone; reconciliations and wire transfers; filing documents in active files and pulled closed files; order supplies; print reports utilizing Excel/Word; posting. This full time position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, good computer skills, Excel and Word, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be accurate and able to meet multiple deadlines.Customer Service Specialist – New Account Review – Entry-level position responsible for a wide range of backroom duties relating to the Deposit Operations Department. Among these duties are: new account and file maintenance review, document organization and imaging, and customer service. Qualifications: high school diploma/GED and a minimum of two years of experience working in a financial institution. Proficient in use of Windows 95 or higher and Microsoft Excel. Must be able to use logic and judgment to solve problems related to evaluating and recognizing errors in work such as mixed-up documents, missing information, etc.
