Worker's Compensation Representative


Well known property and casualty carrier / TPA is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation claim representative to handle claims in the PA NJ and/or NY jurisdictions. (multiple jurisdictions a plus) You will handle a reasonable caseload of lost time claims of varying complexity. You will direct the medical treatment of injured workers, assist in return to work, help clients develop light duty programs, negotiate resolution of claims, control the litigation process and be able to reserve case files to adequately reflect exposure.

The successful candidate will have great organizational skills, excellent customer service skills and be a hard working, professional and fun loving team player.

Ability to smile a must!
Job Requirements
2-5 years experience in handling lost-time workers compensation claims in a carrier or TPA environment.

DE/PA/NJ/NY jurisdictions

Multi-state experience a plus.
