Workers Compensation Attorney

Law Offices of Lydia Bouzaglou-Newcomb Managing Attorney, in Long Beach, California, is seeking an attorney with 4 or more years experience in insurance defense litigation with an emphasis in workers compensation law.This position requires demonstrated experience handling workers compensation cases. Positions require Membership in good standing to the California Bar Association. Applicants must be proficient in use of PC including Microsoft Word software as correspondence will not be dictated. This self-starter will represent the company and insured’s in all phases of litigation, practicing law in compliance with ethical standards as established by state law. Responsibilities include handling a 80+ workers compensation caseload from inception through trial. Trial and insurance defense experience preferred.
