The Contact Center Trainer is responsible for delivery of classroom training within a call center environment. Classes conducted include new hire and continuing education. Majority of training will be delivered to Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities: Trainers will have oversight responsibility of new hire trainees. Trainers are accountable for the overall success of new hire training and for the preparedness of CSRs to perform in a production environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong facilitation skills, BA/BS in a related field or 2 years experience in a call center environment. Must have excellent computer skills-Excel, Word, Power Point, Access & Outlook. Detail and process oriented.
