Training Manager, Operations Capability

> The position will support the Ops Capability/Training team in building sustainable front-line capability in the operations function. The individual will report to the Director of Operations.

> The OC Training Manager is responsible for the design and development of new training programs to support technical and business knowledge leveraging a blended learning approach.

> The OC Manager will also manage/develop e-learning materials by specifying requirements and learning objectives leveraging practice industry and technology best practices.

> The OC Manager provides the knowledge and experience to the Ops Capability team to deliver the latest in e-learning technology and standards.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

   * Lead field training/certifications sessions
   * Developing/executing e-learning strategy
   * Maintain paper and electronic masters of all training materials
   * Manage projects/budgets on plan
   * Provide status updates to senior executives
REQUIREMENTS
Degree Preferred:  Bachelor
Majors Preferred:  Instructional Design

   * Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design
   * Web and e-learning developer experience
   * 5+ years instructional design experience; 1-3 years Operations training experience is preferred
   * Project management experience
   * Strong organization/time management skills
   * Able to manage multiple priorities
   * Must be able to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization
