The incumbent utilizes sources such as newspaper, online ads, job fairs, etc. to locate the best talent.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. •Interacts with field management to develop and implement a recruiting effort in a timely and cost effective manner
•Searches qualified candidates for existing positions utilizing various sources
•Contacts potential applicants to discuss job opportunities
• Screens and interviews candidates for temporary positions
•Routes qualified incumbents to the nearest branch location
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
•Prior staffing industry experience is a must
•Functional knowledge of Federal/State employment law•Behavioral interviewing experience
