Temporary (Holiday) Internet Employment Coordinator


Overview:As a Temporary Internet Employment Coordinator, you will drive the Internet Recruitment Process in your assigned region during the busy holiday hiring season. This position is based out of Echelon Mall located in Vorhees, New Jersey. This position may lead to a career path in Human Resources.


Key Accountabilities:Source candidates through Macysjobs.com site
Screen resumes and applications and select applicants to interview
Recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers
Monitor job postings by location daily for each store within the region
Contact store location to notify them of scheduled interviews
Follow up on the status of all applicants in the interview process and ensure that second interviews are scheduled as necessary
Update all candidate status changes as candidate goes through interview process
Ensure that all profiles have been reviewed and hiring determinations have been updated in the system in a timely manner
Utilize Applicant Traffic System Reports to track and recap weekly activity in regionSkills Summary:Detail oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to work under indirect supervision and be self-guided
Recruiting and Human Resources experience a plus
Knowledge of Internet job sites
Strong computer skills in the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer
