Technical Recruiter / Staffing Specialist

CRS is an IT Consulting Services Firm that provides Strategic Staffing and Managed Services to a wide variety of companies on a national basis. We are located in Itasca, Illinois and looking to expand our physical presence in Middletown, NJ. Our current business plan coupled with significant increased customer demand has created the need for expansion, additional Recruiting and Staffing Specialist expertise. Ideal candidates will need to possess a proven success record recruiting and placing candidates in large and medium sized environments.

CRS Recruiters/Staffing Specialists are responsible for:
Sourcing and Screening potential consultants
Ability to learn client environments and maintain an appropriate ‘pipeline’ of candidates for those environments
Relationship Management
Rate Negotiation Skills
“Big picture” perspective – ability to understand customer initiatives and find the best possible candidate for those initiatives
Maintain professional network of IT consultants
Effective Communication Skills (customer, management, team, etc.)
Maintain knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and terminology
Support CRS Sales Team through recruiting effort
Reporting Activities and database maintenance

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Must have 5+ years recruiting and staffing experience in the IT arena.
· Proven recruiting and staffing skills
· PC and Internet skills
