Technical Recruiter

As a recognized leader in the staffing industry, Kelly Engineering is in search of an experienced and highly motivated individual as a Technical Recruiter for a major defense industry supplier. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, providing qualified candidates to hiring manager, extending offers, negotiating compensation, and facilitating placement of candidates. Maintain information in applicant tracking system (Brass Ring). Provide reports and analysis to managers. Must have 6+ years technical recruiting experience. Requires bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience). Essential skills include oral and written communication, organizational, and multi-tasking. This is a 6-month contract position located in Reston, VA. US Citizenship is required.
