Strategic Sourcing Manager- HR Services and Marketing Services
Our client, a Major Financial Services firm with offices in New York City, seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager with 4 + years’ experience at a F500 firm sourcing Human Resources Services (including benefits, recruitment, Non-IT Contractors, payroll, ex-pat services, training) and Marketing Services.
This individual will be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of major contracts, effective cost management programs, and the establishment of successful relationships with suppliers—utilizing global and regional sourcing programs that have been developed and implemented throughout the organization. This position calls for a strategic-minded sourcing professional who shows an in-depth understanding of creating and building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers in order to extract optimum supply value and minimize costs. Our client is bonus offering a starting salary up to $110K plus bonus.Job Requirements
•4 + years’ experience in strategic sourcing at a F500 firm specializing in
•sourcing HR and marketing services
•Strong understanding of supplier screening programs, and a demonstrated ability to evaluate and mitigate any potential business risk to the firm.
•Experience in implementing business-to-business e-commerce solutions - operational knowledge of e-Sourcing tools would be a significant plus.
•Bachelor’s Degree required - professional certification a plus.
