­-Responsible for monthly and annual reconciliation of stock option plans and related accounts including preparation of monthly reports
­Responsible for quarterly audit of stock option database
Assist in the administration of multiple option plans including grant processing, exercises, recordkeeping, termination verification, and accounting/payroll/tax report preparation
­-Maintain the employee stock database in an outsourced environment
­-Facilitate daily/weekly exchange of information with outsourcing vendor (E*TRADE) -import and export of files
­-Manage insider trading windows and communications
­-Manage disqualifying disposition reporting
­-Identify process improvement opportunities
­-Update information and run monthly/quarterly/weekly reports
­-Manage all aspects of the semi-annual Employee Stock Purchase Program
­-Answers employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity programs
­-Liaison for on-going Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit
­-Provide backup to Stock Plan Admin Manager
­-Work on special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
-Extremely organized and detail oriented
­-Strong PC skills with MS Office (proficiency in Excel required)
­-Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (SAP preferred)
­-Ability to resolve issues where analysis of situations or data is required
­-Ability to take a task from start to finish with little or no direct supervision
­-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both verbal and written)
­-Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience related to global equity plans, including knowledge of non-qualified and incentive stock options, restricted stock awards, and stock purchase plans
­-Knowledge of Equity Edge system and reporting a plus
