Job Overview:
- Manage the administration, maintenance, reporting and record keeping for employee stock option program, employee stock purchase plan, and director equity plans.
- Recommend enhancements to programs, systems or policies to provide maximum value and cost effectiveness.
- Consult with internal groups on plan design, option valuation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- The educational requirement for this position is a bachelor's degree in any field.
- The position requires a minimum of eight years proven stock plan administration experience, or equivalent, including two years in management.
- Knowledge of international stock-based compensation plans, as well as accounting and financial reporting needs of US and non-US locations.
- Well developed management, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills .
- Proficiency with Equity Edge and Optionslink.
