Staffing On-Site Supervisors

As an On-Site/Staffing Supervisor you will be supporting the On-Site Manager at our Client site.

Your primary customers are your employees, client supervisors and other internal staff. You will be required to interact with all levels of management.

As a member of our on-site team, you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, following all Standard Operating Procedures. Duties will also include coaching and terminating employees.

Requirements for this position include:

Problem solving and interpersonal skills
Will be on-site at client company
Daily interactions with employees involve:
Checking employees in and out
Recruiting and interviewing candidates
New hire orientations
Client utilization reports
Coaching and terminating employees
Partnering with our client supervisory/management team to build a strong workforce
Hours -
We have 3 shifts available:
1st shift - 7am-3pm
2nd shift - 2:30pm-10:00pm
Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm
Bi-lingual Spanish a huge plus!
