Staffing Manager

The Qimonda North America Staffing and Recruiting Manager positon will be located in Sandston, VA and will manage the recruiting process for our North America operations. This individual will be responsible developing and executing creative strategies to ensure managers have access to a sufficient quality applicant pool. The successful candidate will work jointly with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate the hiring needs of client groups and develops creative solutions to meet staffing requirements while recruiting the best possible talent in the market and overseeing their induction needs. This role will manage the hiring process, which includes, but is not limited to, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, generating offers to candidates, and finalizing the hiring process for candidates. The Staffing and Recruiting Manager will be required to train, coach/mentor, and develop team members' skills in assigned geographic/functional area as well as evaluate team members' performance and maintain quality of hires.

Qualifications:

3-5 year's professional level recruiting experience in corporate or combination of executive search /corporate environments with strong knowledge of HR core competencies.

3 + years of management experience.

Demonstrated ability to set and clearly articulate goals/priorities and exhibit a high level of energy and drive to achieve them. A perspective that encourages personal commitment and holds recruiters, vendors and hiring managers accountable for achieving targets.

High level of commitment and leadership in building a world-class recruiting program.

Proven track record designing and implementing full recruiting cycle strategies to attract and hire professional candidates.

Demonstrated skill in sourcing and creating a continuous pipeline of candidates.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral interview methodology.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws across the markets in which we recruit.

Demonstrated skill in HR/recruiting program analysis, reporting and planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. PHR certification is a plus.
