Staffing Branch Manager

1. Manages and supervises sales and marketing efforts in his/her geographic area. Negotiates and establishes profitable contracts with referral sources, third party payors, and state and local governments. Effects the sale of
services to clients through direction of staff and Supervisors.

2. Achieves sales, gross profit and earnings objectives through management of Branch plans implemented by staff initiating face-to-face and telephone contacts with referral sources – e.g., hospitals, physician groups, community agencies, and potential customers. Establishes and maintains positive client relationships.

3. Directs the inquiry process, assessment of credit, recruitment, retention and scheduling of employees with the necessary skill level and availability to meet client needs, and ongoing evaluation of requirements, client needs and service quality.

4. Ensures services provided are consistent with company policies, service standards, and applicable laws and regulations through management of the services and ongoing assessment and supervision of all client and assigned staff.

5. Maintains bottom-line earnings accountability for the branch operation. Reviews and establishes pay and bill rates to ensure successful recruitment and retention of both office and field personnel to service a growing customer base. Determines bill rates through analysis of gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume and mix, competition, and operational costs and requirements.

6. Supervises and maintains billing and payroll procedures consistent with company requirements. Directs payroll, billing, accounts receivable, and data processing staff, ensuring the submission of information and documentation to
maximize profits and reimbursement.

7. Supervises maintenance of credit and collection procedures to assure creditworthiness
for prospective/existing accounts and adherence with credit limits.

8. Directs recruitment efforts to secure and retain a broad range of qualified health care staff, sufficient to maintain an effective balance of available staff to service clients.

9. Interviews, hires, trains, manages and evaluates the performance of supervisory, professional and clerical staff. Recommends increases consistent with individual performance evaluations. Implements disciplinary action
and/or termination of employees through established company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 yrs service industry exp., with 2 yrs in a management role are req for this position. We offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes med/den/401(k).
