Industry leader with 30+ years in business seeks Staffing Account Manager for the Las Vegas Construction Market.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·Two+ years staffing experience
·Construction Industry knowledge
·Four-year degree preferred.
·Bilingual Spanish a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Recruit, source, screen, interview, and evaluate all levels of candidates for positions
· Recruit and place candidates on open positions; close deals
· Develop influential relationships with clients and candidates to make placements,
· Generate referrals, and secure new business
· Establish a professional presence in the community
· Assist with recruiting and marketing events
