Assist in the development and improvement of effective HR practices. Work closely with assigned organizations to understand their future business needs and reflect those back to HR. Translate your assessment of talent and human capital needs into feasible action plans that benefit the organization. Contribute to the articulation of, planning for, and implementation of strategic change. Gain and sustain the credibility necessary to drive good management practices by coaching and training. Proactively partner with assigned organizations to ensure that employee relations issues are handled effectively, timely and in accordance with company policy and procedure.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent

5-10 years experience as an HR business partner

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated program management skills

Demonstrated ability to coach functional level managers

Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and manipulate numerical and statistical information

Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills


Preferred Skills and Experience

Master's degree or SPHR certification

Prior experience in managing an HR communications program at the corporate level

Prior experience with a multinational company or company with global operations

Prior experience with a technology company

Line management experience
