Description:

This position requires the high level of skills of a senior recruiter
to assist with creating and driving the overall recruiting strategy
for multiple business divisions.



Responsibilities:

Manage multiple relationships across several business units

Design and develop creative job descriptions to attract
appropriate candidates

Implement creative non-fee sourcing strategies

Interview and evaluate potential candidates

Work with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions

Negotiate offers.



Requirements:

Demonstrate a strong focus on results.

Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills

Deliver superb customer service.

Successful candidate must 8-10 years of progressive
experience recruiting in the financial services industry with a focus
on sophisticated investments, operations, and technical positions.

Must be a forward thinking staffing expert, who can work
with senior leaders to help design and execute a strategic workforce
plan for the organization while effectively managing a full workload
of requisitions.
