Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Under the direction of the Executive & Sales Compensation Manager, the Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will study and analyze the design of the sales incentive programs and assist in implementation, communication, and administration. This integral position involves participating in the redesign of the sales incentive plan and overseeing the redesign project team.
Specific responsibilities include:
Evaluate sales incentive level positions and partner with sales administration and management in recommending and implementing any changes
Maintain databases to better monitor and facilitate sales incentive programs
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal and salary administration programs, reviewing changes in sales incentive wages and salaries for conformance to policy
Conduct and participate in sales compensation surveys
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate will possess:
College degree or equivalent experience and achievement of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
4 - 7 years experience in compensation or a combination of three years in compensation and 1 - 4 years in other HR related positions
Experience in sales incentive plan design, job analysis, and market pricing
Experience in a consultative role to managers and associates
Experience in analyzing and interpreting compensation survey data and providing observations and recommendations
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including high proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Access
Experience in HRIS systems and ad hoc reporting, preferably in Peoplesoft
Experience in FLSA and other compensation regulations
