Sr. Human Resources Representative - Night Shift
In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Identifying, recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for exempt and hourly openings across various plant departments
Maintaining open and effective channels of communication with all employees
Resolving complex employee relations issues within assigned area of the workforce
Preparing and defending unemployment claims and charge responses
Participating in the development of compensation proposals, job offers and regulatory reports
Coordinating the operation of the internal job opportunity program for hourly positions
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Psychology, Business Admin preferred)
3-5 years Human Resources experience in Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, and Regulatory Reports such as AAP
