Sr. Human Resources Manager

Our client is the international leader in the field of Out of Home Advertising.  A world class company specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of high end quality outdoor and indoor furniture which is adapted to match and enhance the landscape.
 
We are looking to attract an individual with proven professional success as a Human Resources Manager to support management on all employee matters, reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration.  This opportunity is located in New York City.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Be knowledgeable and have the ability to work/communicate with New York Unions
Handle Multiple priorities and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast paced changing environment
 
Education/Experience
Minimum five to eight years proven human resources management experience
Degree in human resources, business or equivalent work experience - PHR/SPHR certification a plus

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Support Senior Management with HR strategies
Keep abreast of all Federal and State laws pertaining to employment
Monitor the environment, labor markets, legal and regulatory changes as well as business and industry trends to identify and recommend possible adjustments to policies and programs
Develop data analysis reports (turnover, salary analysis, etc.)
